This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for DriversChat service users. By accepting these terms, users agree to the following:

1. Eligibility for Return and Refund

• Users are entitled to a 15-calendar-day period from the account creation and subscription activation to request a return of the annual subscription and a full refund of the paid amount.

• Refund requests must be made by contacting the DriversChat support team at contact@driverschat.com.

2. Conditions for Refund

• Users must provide clear details about their account, including the username, subscription activation date, and the reason for the refund request.

• Refunds will be processed exclusively for users who request subscription cancellation within the 15-day period.

3. Refund Process

• After the refund request is approved, DriversChat will process the refund within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date the request was received.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the subscription.

4. Exceptions and Limitations

• No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after the 15-calendar-day period.

• Users who violate the DriversChat Terms and Conditions of Use are not eligible for a refund.
