Automated banning occurs when there is an extremely high certainty of fraudulent activity. Otherwise, human specialists conduct a review. If you believe your account was unjustly banned, you may contact us through the Contact Form, and our team will review the decision.

We collect certain information from and about the electronic equipment you use to access our Services based on our legitimate interest in fraud prevention. Collected data includes your user ID (if logged in), DriversChat country domain, IP address, device language settings, device brand and type, operating system and version, browser type and version, and specific software details like fonts, system and browser time zones, and available video/audio formats.
